We help avoid costly repairs through routine preventive maintenance inspections and report findings back to you. We normally require a minimum balance be kept in your account of $750.00 to cover emergency repairs.

- Insurance - We require you to maintain an Owner, Landlord, and Tenant (OL&T) liability policy on your property. This coverage protects the tenant, you and Bingham Realty against a wide range of losses caused by unintentional hazards or unsafe conditions on your property. We must have proof of insurance coverage before we can manage your property.
