We have been in business since September 1989 and have grown from managing several dozen to over 100 individual properties in our management inventory.

We are members of the Atlanta Apartment Association, Atlanta Board of Realtors, Georgia Assocaition of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Greater Atlanta Home Builders Assocaition and Georgia Multiple Listing Service, to stay updated with the constant changes in the real estate and property management market.

Our management fee is ten to nine percent for individual properties and duplexes, eight to seven percent for managing multiple unit apartment properties.
